What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through our contact form: your name, email address, the reason you're reaching out, and your message. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are sent directly to the ArkTheory team by email so we can respond to you. We do not store submissions in a database, sell your information, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your message is delivered via our transactional email provider, Resend, solely to route it to our inbox.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing info@arktheory.org.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes — for example, if we introduce online donation processing or a donor database — we'll update this page to reflect it before that change takes effect.
